We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, sound knowledge of statutory regulations, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage financial reporting and MIS preparation.
  • Prepare financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.

2. Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and ROC requirements.
  • Handle due diligence of accounts and taxation.
  • Maintain compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
  • Support statutory and internal audit activities.

3. Banking & Database Management

  • Coordinate banking-related activities.
  • Maintain and manage financial databases.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve organizational objectives.

5. Preferred Exposure

  • Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, listing, and fund raising will be considered an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / Inter CA / M.Com.
  • CA candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Inter CA candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • M.Com candidates with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
