Axis Solutions engineered and commissioned a complete Online CETP Monitoring System for a 150 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant serving 120+ industrial units. The SBR-based treatment facility required a scalable monitoring infrastructure capable of handling highly variable wastewater characteristics, large pipeline sizes, and continuous environmental monitoring requirements.
The turnkey package integrates pH, TDS, Flow and Temperature monitoring with engineered sampling, industrial automation, digital communication, and centralized data management. The Axis Sampling System provides representative and stable samples while electromagnetic flow meters across DN25–DN1300 pipelines were engineered using the 10D upstream / 5D downstream straight-run philosophy for reliable measurement. Continuous pH monitoring supports biological process stability, chemical dosing and discharge-quality control, while TDS monitoring provides visibility into dissolved ionic loading and abnormal industrial discharges.
All monitoring stations are seamlessly connected to the Axis Plant Dashboard, enabling real-time data acquisition, live visualization, historical trend analysis, automated reporting, alarm management, and threshold-based alerts. The system also facilitates GPCB/CPCB data transfer, billing software integration, and automated billing from industries to CETPs—enhancing traceability, regulatory readiness, operational efficiency, and faster response to process deviations.
Axis delivered the package as a One-Stop System Integrator, covering application and detailed engineering, analyzer selection, sampling-system design, panel manufacturing, PLC and communication integration, software/cloud connectivity, installation, FAT, SAT, calibration, commissioning, training, O&M and AMC support.
The architecture can be expanded with w-Brix online water analytics for parameters such as DO, COD, BOD estimation, TSS, Turbidity, Conductivity, ORP, Oil-in-Water, Ammonium and Nitrate, enabling a progressive transition towards comprehensive digital water-quality management.
