The architecture relies on a "Field-to-Cloud" hierarchy:
- Sensors & Controllers: Each tank site uses a C.U 888 series controller to aggregate data from local sensors via Modbus (RTU/TCP).
- Edge Gateways: The Z-PASS2-O industrial gateway handles the "heavy lifting" of data transmission, using cellular 3G/4G/4G+ or wired Ethernet to push data through the internet.
- Cloud Hub: Data is securely stored in the Honeywell Cloud Box, which serves as the central brain for the entire network.
- Remote Access: Authorized personnel access live dashboards and historical trends from any standard web browser (HTTPS), ensuring total transparency across the organization.
