S109REG Converter

Module for conversion, with high linearity and precision, of measurement signals with three-point galvanic separation. The instrument powers transmitters on both the input and output loops. The insulation voltage between input and output is 4500 Vac.

Used for the conversion of measurement signals when it is necessary to interface instruments with different standards of signal and galvanically separate the input circuit from the output circuit in order to prevent interferences.

Description

INPUT: programmable by means of dip switches on front panel for 0 – 20 mA and 4 – 20 mA current input (with both active and passive connection) or for 0 – 5 Vdc, 1 – 5 Vdc, 0 – 10 Vdc and 2 – 10 Vdc voltage input. Also permits adjustment of signal SPAN and ZERO to calibrate the instrument on any signal (e.g. 8-14mA).

OUTPUT: programmable by means of dip switches on front panel for 0 - 20 mA and 4 - 20 mA current output (with both active and passive connection) or for 0 - 5 Vdc, 1 - 5 Vdc, 0 - 10 Vdc and 2 - 10Vdc voltage output.
    Power supply : 115 / 230 Vac +/- 10% 50 / 60 Hz Power consumption : 1,5 VA Galvanic separation supply // input // output : 3.500 Vac Input impedance : 100 ohm for current input, 1 Mohm for voltage input Current output : selectable via DIP-switches between 0-20 and 4-20 mA Voltage output : selectable via DIP-switches between 0-5, 1-5, 0-10 and 2-10 Vdc
