Front Desk Associate

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a smooth flow of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the office calendar, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing company events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating resources and access cards.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed to support office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach.
